Our mission

Why USA Dream exists.

Good homes should be easier to deliver. USA Dream was founded to pair considered residential design with a construction process that can be repeated with care.

The company’s interests centre on attainable starter homes, smaller-footprint houses, cottages, accessory dwelling units, multigenerational living and clustered pocket neighbourhoods — supported by factory-built and modular construction.

Its first step is deliberately focused: one proof project, carefully chosen and carefully executed, before the approach is taken further.

The founder

Experience behind the vision.

37 years in
real estate

USA Dream was founded by Rudy L. Arnauts, whose 37 years in real estate include record-setting development.

The company reflects that experience: a focus on practical, well-designed homes, a disciplined approach to each project, and a construction method intended to be repeated rather than reinvented every time.

Our construction approach

A method designed to be repeated.

USA Dream’s planned approach is factory-built modular construction: homes engineered and assembled in a controlled environment, then delivered and completed on site.

  1. 01
    Design first

Homes planned around daily life, light and the site.

  2. 02
    Factory-built

Modules constructed indoors, in a controlled setting.

  3. 03
    Standardised, not uniform

A consistent process that can adapt to different sites and home types.

  4. 04
    Built to repeat

Each project is intended to inform the next.

The first proof project

Sunset Gulf House, on the Gulf.

A proposed Gulf-front residence at 1725 Gulf Road in Tarpon Springs, Florida. It is USA Dream’s first project — the place where the company’s design and construction approach is put into practice, on a real site, before it is applied more widely.

Long-term vision

Where the approach could lead.

These are future directions — aspirations for the company, not completed or current USA Dream developments.

    Smaller communities

Pocket neighbourhoods of clustered homes arranged around shared green space.

  4. iv.

    Repeatable methods

A development process refined project by project, so each home is easier to deliver than the last.
